Abstract

The research examines the effectiveness of artificial intelligence (AI) in fostering creative thinking to enrich textile designs. Art and science are deeply interconnected through creativity and innovation, with AI serving as a modern tool to enhance this synergy. The study addresses the issue of students creating flat, limited textile forms, which restricts their creative potential. AI is proposed as a solution to inspire unconventional designs, enabling students to explore new ideas and refine their creative skills.



The research objectives focus on nurturing creative thinking using AI tools and improving textile forms through AI applications. Employing an experimental approach, the study reveals that AI significantly enhances fluency, flexibility, and originality in students' designs. It also reduces time and effort, introducing innovative concepts like multi-level structures, full three-dimensional shaping, and utilizing surrounding space.



The findings highlight the importance of integrating technology into art education to stimulate creativity and align with modern advancements. The research recommends fostering collaboration between artistic and technological fields and developing AI-based curricula to support educational innovation. This integration not only boosts creativity but also prepares students for future challenges in design and art.
