Abstract

The education in expressive arts institutions in Egypt, which is no longer able to absorb or keep up with the current global digital revolution as a result of the lack of orientation of the research thought or residents on building these institutions since ancient times, which created a large gap between educational institutions for the expressive arts and architectural and interior design, and to keep pace with this revolution must work from now to reformulate the thought of the architect and designer to find future solutions to this issue.

After an attempt to inventory the number of specialties and types of expressive arts in Egypt's expressive arts colleges and institutes (ballet / modern theater dance / folk arts / film institute / institute of cinema / institute of theater arts / institute of Arabic music / conservatory / children's arts / translations of arts, literature and artistic media halls / opera house) In order to determine the specializations of the most important classrooms on which the research will be based.

After knowing the divisions of the spatial distributions of the selected disciplines, the research required selecting and analyzing the parts and elements of the interior design of some teaching halls in colleges and institutes of expressive arts that were selected by the researcher, namely:

Dance rooms, music rooms, classrooms, performance theater (Drama), performance theater (Drama) and main performance space.
