In light of economic globalization and acceleration of technological and cognitive development and the intensification of competition between companies and economic institutions and the dynamic nature of markets requires productive entities to be vigilant enough to keep pace with developments in their internal and external environment to ensure continuity.
The importance of innovative marketing fir products and services appears as an effective strategic tool, not just to meet the needs and desires of customers. Rather, to search for innovative ways to create added value to what the company offers, creating marketing mix suitable for all customers.
From this standpoint, there is the importance of innovative marketing, what the developed countries gave him and provided him with all the possibilities for its application was the researcher thinking in studying the role of innovative marketing and its importance in raising the performance efficiency within spinning cotton factories.
The results of application showed a decrease in the number of customer complaints from 5 complaints to 1 complaint after the application, the number of late orders decreased from 12 orders before the application to 5 orders, production efficiency increased for all preparatory and production processes.
