The environmental issues have become a major global concern due to the changes and imbalances that affect humans and nature. The environmental waste has turned into a global trend, and human beings coexist within a corrupt environment, whom they are the main reason causing it, due to the misuse of environmental resources. They are the ones first affected and ineffective in finding a solution. Visual arts are an important means of addressing societies and shedding light on public concerns. As known, Mural art has the greatest impact on the audience, and Street art has a great impact in drawing the recipient's attention. Thus, it was imperative for the artist to highlight climate changes. The artist began to combine the mural art with the use of the surrounding environmental resources, He noted the possibility of using the upcycled waste in mural art works and employing it as a new medium in his art. With the increase in the use of medical radiography, huge amounts of X-ray films have accumulated within medical facilities. Rather than being disposed as waste, they can be recycled into conceptual murals that enhance the medical venues and improve their health and social mission.
