Abstract

The structural design of the package is one of the main factors that determine the identity of the brand and adds marketing value to the product. In order for the designer to be creative in creating a structural design for the package and protect, contain and sell the product - this structural design must enjoy the intellectual property of industrial models - so that the designer himself and his entity in creativity and the company achieves its marketing goals. Here comes the goal of this research, which is to prove that packaging packages are one of the branches of industrial models that enjoy protection rights in the intellectual property law, which makes the designer creative and disclose what is inside of it of creativity and the company shines in producing a package that enjoys all marketing aspects and satisfies the customer's requirements - The research is divided into the first axis in which we present the importance of packaging packages and the relationship of intellectual property law to the structural design of the package, while the second axis is the applied study. The most important results of the research were that there is no knowledge among many packaging designers that their packages may enjoy industrial protection, but according to a set of conditions according to the intellectual property law. The most important recommendations were that every company working in the field of packaging should encourage designers to be creative and protect this creativity by registering it.
