Abstract

Digital sculptural architectural design is considered one of the basic and vital elements in the field of architecture, as it represents the starting point for the creative thought and work of the architectural sculptor.

Architectural sculptors around the world seek to use the latest technologies to access information and modern developments, to present creative ideas clearly and simply, in addition to solving architectural problems effectively.

Among these modern technologies, virtual reality is of great importance in the field of sculptural digital architecture. Virtual reality allows architectural sculptors to see creative projects and ideas in 3D as if they were embodied in reality. This technical development contributes significantly to improving design and planning processes, and helps to gain a deeper understanding of spaces and details before the actual construction process begins.

Modern digital technologies have revolutionized the various fields we deal with, and sculptural digital architecture was no exception. Thanks to virtual reality, the way sculptors and architects deal with sculptural digital architectural designs has changed radically, as virtual reality is considered part of real reality.

Our world is made up of a multitude of expressions and cultures, and each civilization possesses unique traits and characteristics. Using technologies such as VR Gear and Rift Oculus, architectural sculptors can explore and experience their designs in a virtual, digital, 3D format, which helps them understand the formation of architectural spaces and interact with them in a more profound and realistic way.
