Abstract

Theoretical study:

The term "digital transformation" emerged as a result of continuous technological developments that led to a radical change in the way interior design and execution processes are managed. This can be achieved through increased use of digital technologies and integrated design processes. The Primavera Project Planner software can be used to identify inputs and tools and coordinate them together to achieve desired goals and create new value in design and execution processes. This program is one of the basic programs in applying the new concept of interior design process management, and it enables accurate monitoring of the project at all stages and on all levels of management, such as human resources management and others, which increases the competitiveness of companies.

Problem statement: The problem of research is the use of traditional methods in managing design processes that do not align with the current performance speed, affecting the project's level and quality in terms of time and cost, and thus affecting the competitiveness of the company or institution.

Research objective: The purpose of the research is to benefit from modern technologies in managing design processes to improve the performance of companies and achieve optimal use of available resources, with a fast method for monitoring projects and the ability to deal with variables and risks in a professional and specialized manner.
