Abstract:

The use of interactive system technologies within commercial establishments has become a necessity due to its numerous advantages in recent years. This is to keep up with the turbulent progress in these times. These technologies are directly linked to the user in internal space. Physical ergonomics plays a vital role in building interactive elements in commercial spaces, whether from a technical perspective or from the principles of design. This contributes to achieving the desired goal in the internal spaces of commercial establishments. The problem of research arises from the need to deduce the considerations of physical ergonomics in the design of interactive systems within commercial establishments to facilitate communication with users to meet their needs and understand their purchasing decisions, and thus making them positive. By analyzing user requirements, the decision-making process for purchasing is supported, which is in the interest of the commercial establishment. The research aims to deduce the considerations of physical ergonomics in the design of interactive systems in commercial establishments, following a descriptive approach to present the aspects of the subject and an analytical approach to deduce the considerations. The research assumes that applying the principles of physical ergonomics in the design of interactive systems contributes to enhancing the positive interaction of users with the establishment and subsequently the products and provides high-quality service. With this relationship between physical ergonomics and the design of interactive systems, commercial establishments can achieve sustainable success.
