Abstract

The research reviews a group of posters for the International Festival of Experimental Theater to monitor the impact of the effectiveness of the intersection between different arts disciplines and the role of the language of form in promoting international cultural activities, tracking the stages of development and difference from one session to another, and monitoring traditional advertising posters and what came of them expressing the concept of experimentation, the mainstay of the festival. Theater itself is through the comparison between the aesthetics of the language of form in both theater and the poster. The poster is based on the indirect link between the idea of the poster and the activity of the theater, which is confirmed by the designer’s reliance on basing the wording of the poster on a specific, indirect idea that emphasizes the folds of the plastic formulation that indicates the idea and does not reveal it. So that the recipient has an interactive role with the advertising poster, so that it attracts attention and motivates the conclusion of the idea, and this enhances the status of the language of form, as it is a common language among all peoples of the earth, regardless of languages and cultures. The significance of the language of form and its impact on the recipient confirms the eloquence and comprehensiveness of the visual language.
