Abstract

Textiles are the general space in which the designer builds his system by selecting, clarifying and arranging the elements of the design. However, the design artwork is more than just an arrangement of elements. We see that it involves a subject that is preferable to carry the features of beauty and organising and achieving the functional purpose for which it is prepared.

Although the utilitarian purpose of the children's room upholstery, they also have a functional purpose. The child's personality is matured through contact with his physical place.

The designer's vision has been combined with that of the child in the aesthetic expression of everything that surrounds him in nature and given the richness of heritage arts in general and the decorations painted on Islamic ceramic products in particular that are commensurate with the expressive crises of children, it has come to mimic some of the advantages of children's drawings Heritage is an integral part of society's present, and the study and reworking of Islamic art is considered to be part of the treatment of ancient legacies.

The coordination and suitable use of upholstery is subject to a special culture based on the aspiration for an environment physical place suitable for the constructive composition of the child's room, since the dwelling in its internal spaces is the closest housing environment affecting of the individual lives in general and the child in particular.

The research aims to create designs upholstery and adapt them to the general space of the children's room.
