Abstract

Recent developments in digital transformation, powered by artificial intelligence, have directed their focus to the ChatGPT system. ChatGPT is one of the artificial intelligence's tools, engages in detailed conversations with users, retaining all questions asked during these interactions. Its goals were directed at enhancing the user experience and delivering accurate responses. ChatGPT was used to analyze and deal with vast datasets and extracting valuable information, particularly in map design and production. And as a tool of artificial intelligence, it helps in enhancing, supporting and improving human performance, with providing added value. one of AI tasks is helping intelligently analyze data, and carrying out repetitive and routine tasks more efficiently.

However, the ability of the human factor will remain the main controller of this tool due to its constant need for data and information provided by the user. Only humans have the ability to provide creative, intellectual and emotional skills that cannot be replaced by technology or artificial intelligence. so, there must be an integration between technology and humans to achieve improvements and developments in the field of map production and many other fields.
