Abstract

Due to the characteristics of globalization that appeared in the transformation that occurred in the third millennium, and the unprecedented development of the information revolution and methods of obtaining knowledge. Today, the knowledge economy represents a large share of the global economy. It is a broader concept than an increased commitment to research and development. But it covers every aspect of the contemporary economy. Where knowledge is at the heart of added value, from high-tech manufacturing and ICT to innovative industries such as media, architecture, and design, it places value on intellectual capital rather than physical inputs or natural resources. However, knowledge creation and dissemination cannot rely simply on market mechanisms alone. It is necessary to have an appropriate framework of economic incentives and institutional systems to facilitate interaction between different sectors in the knowledge economy. Therefore, this research sheds light on the important role of Innovation Management in supporting the activities of official and private-public institutions. As one of the pillars of the knowledge economy, along with education, Innovation, and knowledge provided by the information infrastructure.
