Abstract

In light of the current challenges and the tremendous technological development the world is witnessing, the Fourth Industrial Revolution has created a wave of transformative technologies that are reshaping various industries. New trends have emerged in the field of manufacturing. Through Industry 4.0, manufacturing systems will be revolutionized. A smart factory is a combination of advanced technology and innovative thinking, including smart furniture factory systems using the latest technology and modern industrial concepts. This research explores the applications of key smart furniture factory technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and big data analytics in the furniture industry. The smart factory system is still just a vision. The research presents a detailed methodology for designing a smart furniture factory that relies on modern technology such as automation and sensing. It also deals with the importance of integrating the factory with the supply chain and by analyzing the impact of these technologies on design, manufacturing, customer experience and supply chain management, this research aims to provide an advanced vision of the furniture manufacturing process. It allows making the most of technological transformation to improve productivity, quality and reduce costs.
