Abstract

This review article explores the use of makeup elements in contemporary textile designs and their relationship to the performer's personality, as well as the integration of historical motifs, specifically Pharaonic, Greek, and Islamic, in theatrical performances. It examines the intersection of fashion, history, and cultural representation in the field of textile design for the theater. Through analysis of existing research, artistic works, and historical references, this article aims to shed light on the significance and impact of makeup elements in modern designs and the preservation of historical motifs in theater.
