Abstract

Water is the most prominent component of the natural environment, and it is the main factor in existence. Since ancient times, water bodies have been an effective attraction for man, as he lived on its banks and was keen to build near it. The banks of the seas and rivers. Also, the ranges overlooking the water bodies are considered one of the most important areas in which the elements of development are available due to their material, economic and environmental capabilities, as well as spiritual, symbolic and aesthetic values that can be exploited and directed in order to serve the community and achieve well-being. Perhaps This justifies the high economic value of the areas overlooking the natural or industrial water bodies, as it is a major attraction for real estate investments in the current era. Also, cities and countries from all over the world are racing to exploit and develop them urbanly.
