Abstract

Information and communication technology has developed greatly, whether in hardware or software, and this development has led to the real revolution in the world of information and communication technology, which is the global network "Internet". The Internet is the fastest growing means of communication in human history. With a rapid rate of communication and information technology, which increases the ability of physical objects and machines to communicate with each other, and organize the data exchange process between them by connecting them to the Internet, which in turn contributes to the provision of superior systems and technologies to enhance productivity.

In this research, how to take advantage of the Internet of Things technology as the latest information and communication technology will be discussed in improving the user experience within the commercial spaces, and knowing its impact on the purchasing behavior of consumers and the way they perform commercial activities. Where the entered data is merged with the real environment and puts the user in a more efficient, interactive and more enjoyable environment so that the user feels that the environment surrounding its components is part of the real world in which he lives and is not separate from it, and thus the philosophy of space changed and turned into a carrier of information through the technology of the Internet of Things.
