Many older people lose their ability to live independently, due to limited movement, chronic pain, weakness, or other psychological and physical problems, all of these factors can lead to loneliness and psychological distress to them, so they need a form of Long-term care, which was the responsibility of family members, and because of the shrinking family size, the increase in the life expectancy of the elderly, and the geographical dispersion of families, it became difficult for the family to fulfill this role.
