Folk arts are considered one of the basic sources that reflect the identity and heritage of peoples. it also considered as arts that are characterized by originality and represent their cultures. The art of textiles, "Mola", from Panama or (Guna) region near southern Colombia has published hundreds of years ago, is one of these arts which shows the identity and existence of this country. Most of the women of the Guna region still make their own clothes in the same way their grand mothers made it., Mola is famous for its bright colors and intricate designs depicting flowers, birds, reptiles, animals and other symbols that denote nature, which makes this art a rich source of inspiration for the contemporary textile print designer. Whereas the field of textile printing is considered one of the rich and important fields in terms of its production and innovative designs and its connection to the world of fashion, which is always searching for everything new constantly and drawing inspiration from various design sources, especially traditional ones, as a rich source and presenting them with contemporary artistic visions inspired by the plastic formulas of traditional popular textiles “Mola”.Hence the research question is:
