Abstract

Smart packaging plays a crucial role in advertising marketing as it contributes to attracting customer attention and increasing product sales. Smart packaging is an effective way to convey the message of the product and make it stand out among competitors. The attractive and practical design of packaging can also contribute to creating a positive customer experience and thus increasing brand loyalty. Besides, smart packaging can also contribute to improving the user-friendliness of the product and providing convenience to consumers, enhancing the reputation of the product and increasing its chances of success in the market. Smart packaging can also increase customer loyalty in several ways. For example, when packaging is designed in an attractive and innovative way, it activates customer interaction and attracts their attention to the product. Smart packaging can also provide a new, distinctive and comfortable experience for customers when using the product, making them feel satisfied and emotionally connected with the brand. Where smart packaging technology focuses on maintaining quality and enhancing the shelf life, quality, safety and security of products and has systems, Smart quality is determined to communicate effectively with consumers. The research problem stems from the fact that traditional packaging systems, while sophisticated, can be considered negative as they only aim to protect the environment.
